Sawyer plays T-ball!

After watching his siblings play soccer and Carter play baseball and basketball, Sawyer finally got his turn to shine in our city pee-wee T-ball league. It was pretty funny to watch a bunch of 3 year-olds play, it was obvious it was more for the parents in some cases! Nonetheless Sawyer had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed getting a snack after every game and of course didn't share with his Big bro and sis most of the time (payback!). He was a pretty good batter and could usually hit the ball pretty hard. He didn't like fielding and didn't like running either. I think he was just too excited he'd hit the ball he didn't think to run. He had a great coach who was super into it which made it very fun. He even did a pizza party after their final game and gave all the kids awards. Sawyer slept with his trophy for a few nights after.

So excited for his pizza party, he felt pretty cool.

Baseball season comes to a close

Carter had a wonderful baseball season playing t-ball in our local little league. He surprised us all and was a great player! After the first couple of games the boys didn't even need the T and the coach pitched to them. We enjoyed going out to the ball field and watching Carter play. Grammy and Grampy, and Chris and Amanda joined us on a few occasions. Here are some cute pictures Amanda took.

Baseball Season is here!

You wouldn't guess it by the weather we've been having but it's baseball season! This is Carter's first year playing and its just adorable to watch. He is very excited and looks forward to every practice. On Saturday we had his first game and he had so much fun. I didn't get any shots of him playing because by the time I got the camera out he had already batted and it was the last inning. I think he looks so cute in his crisp uniform. He was so proud of himself because he slid into home plate after he ran the bases.
