Me and My Buddy

This year it has been enjoyable being home with Sawyer. Carter and Maddie go to school and I get to spend my days with my little guy Sawyer. I hesitated sending him to preschool because he just turned 3 and I wasn't sure I was ready for 3 different pick up and drop off schedules (Carter is 1/2 day kindergarten) and a new baby in January. So we decided to wait til next year. I'm glad that I have this special time with him. He sure enjoys it. Whenever we go to get Carter at the bus he likes to tell him what fun things we did or treats he got. In about 10 weeks our little alone time will be gone. I'll miss it but I am so excited to welcome a new baby into our family. I just hope Sawyer is ready for this new change!

Harvest Festival

Our Ward had it's annual Harvest Festival last Saturday. It was a little different this year because we combined with another ward so there was plenty of people. Since I'm primary president this year I had to run several of the carnival booths. They turned out great and not too much work at all. I wasn't sure what to expect. The kids had a great time Trunk or Treating with 2 wards worth of cars. They came home with a lot of candy! Needless to say its only Tuesday and its almost gone! The kids favorite part was eating a powdered donut on a string. Carter and Sawyer raced and looked so adorable!

Halloweentime at Disneyland!

Last week we went to Disneyland with Grandma. There's nothing better than Disneyland in October. (Well, I take that back I love Disneyland at Christmas time!) The weather is cool and crisp, and there are pumpkins everywhere. I haven't posted in a while since I lost my camera so I borrowed my moms for Disneyland. Since I've been out of the habit of taking pictures I didn't snap very many. We had a great time and had some yummy food at Blue Bayou. I love taking my kids to Disneyland.
